An experienced real-estate sales and marketing professional, Ron DeVall builds and coaches award-winning real estate teams while providing investment, financial management and estate services. 

As a motivator and problem solver, DeVall has helped clients acquire and dispose of business opportunities throughout Southern California. DeVall represents buyers and sellers, improving revenues, capitalizing inventories, evaluating business and building partnerships.

He has chaired the Southland Regional Association of Realtors’ Business Opportunities Group. He also administered the Film Producers’ pension and contribution plan, while recommending investment and planning for its strategic merger and acquisitions. After his management, the plan’s expanded more than 30 percent.

When appointed by former LA Mayor Tom Bradley to the Los Angeles Film Development Council, DeVall managed the Film Craftsman Association’s business affairs, servicing as a trustee, investment advisor, contract negotiator and mediator, creating efficiencies and reducing operating expenditures.

In 1996, DeVall joined Hans Mangelsdorf to establish Auburn Companies, which includes Auburn Financial, Auburn Business Brokers, and Auburn Properties, all full-service real estate venues.

As a domestic real estate specialist, Hans Mangelsdorf’s experience spans commercial, industrial, hospitality and residential markets.

Delivering favorable exchange rates, Mangelsdorf was among the first to fix foreign currencies and U.S. dollars. A skilled problem-solver and real estate specialist, Mangelsdorf joined American Savings’ powerful REO group. He re-engineered operations, managed several portfolios and set across-the-board sales records. 

After American, Mangelsdorf became a U.S. Congressional Receiver. He helped the Resolution Trust Corporation establish itself, achieve its record-setting REO goals and then sail to into its sunset – on time and on budget. During this assignment, Mangelsdorf provided his expertise when asked by the U.S. Senate on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs to testify on national real estate affairs.

Then, with Walt Disney’s Chief Imagineer and KPMG’s Managing Partner, Mangelsdorf opened Imersiv, a theme park company.  When Mangelsdorf and Ron DeVall established the Auburn Companies in 1996, operations merged into Auburn Financial, Auburn Business Brokers, and Auburn Properties, all full-service real estate venues.

Today, working with the private sector, governments, sovereigns and large financials, Mangelsdorf has more than $400 billion in real-estate management and production experience.
